Keep appetizers and desserts displayed and perfectly chilled for up to 3 hours with this versatile food display solution. Pre-chill trays in freezer for 8-12 hours prior to serving. Can also be used in combination with our Cooling Plates. Trays are available in six sizes and 16 color coatings.

  • Aluminum (Nylon Coated Cast Aluminum)
  • Hand Wash Recommended
  • Cold holding in natural or coated down to -20°F
  • Available in 16 DuraCoat color coatings, recommended for cold foods only.
  • Only non-caustic detergents should be used when cleaning.
  • Not oven, hot plate, or steam table safe.
  • Do not use with metal utensils or scrubbers.
